Only 5 Days to Go: Meet the Hosts of CLSME Bootcamp 7.0
Meet the hosts who’ll be guiding us through CLSME Bootcamp 7.0
I’m thrilled to introduce the faces who’ll be leading the CLSME Bootcamp 7.0 this year, starting with none other than my friend and the Bootcamp’s Co-Founder, Oluwaseun Durojaiye—better known as SLIM. SLIM’s vision for this initiative goes beyond just gathering people; it’s about harnessing the power of SMEs to drive economic growth in Nigeria. As a Product Strategist and Program Manager, SLIM’s experience spans some of the most impactful projects, like co-founding the Voteguard Election Monitoring System, which has been instrumental in three consecutive African elections. His passion and dedication to the SME space have been a major driving force behind CLSME’s mission to make a real difference.
Then there’s Wale Bakare, our Commercial Excellence Manager at Lafarge Africa Plc, who’s been a rock-solid ally since our University of Ibadan days. Wale isn’t just a friend; he’s a powerhouse who brings depth and energy to any project he’s involved in. His knack for mobilizing people and breathing life into ideas has been invaluable to CLSME. I’ve watched him lead with passion, and it’s only fitting that he’ll be right there with us at the Bootcamp, guiding us forward.
Next up is Eniola Osho, Real Estate Professional and Partner at Micasa.ng. Eniola is one of those rare people whose calm yet impactful presence leaves a mark every time. She brought so much insight as a moderator during our CLSME Fellowship that we knew she had to return. Her perspective is always steady, and when she speaks, people listen. Eniola has shown up time and again for CLSME, embodying what it means to genuinely support a vision.
Then we have Adekunle Caleb, an architect and the founder of Youth Growve Africa. Adekunle’s journey with us spans almost two years, but it feels like much longer. He started as a participant and has grown into a core part of our media team, always eager to jump in, learn, and contribute. Watching Adekunle’s growth has been one of the most rewarding parts of building CLSME. His story is what this community is all about—nurturing potential, fostering resilience, and empowering the next generation of change-makers.
Finally, there’s Stella Uwaechue, a Senior Associate at Vendease Africa, and a friend since our days together at PwC over a decade ago. Stella’s commitment to this community has been unwavering. She’s not just a host; she’s a constant source of wisdom, always pushing us to improve. She brought such an incredible energy to the stage last year that I’m beyond excited to see her back this year, ready to elevate the Bootcamp experience once again.
They represent the spirit, resilience, and unity that CLSME stands for. So, if you haven’t registered yet, there’s still time to join us. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to connect, learn, and grow with some of the most impactful voices in the SME space. Register now at www.lagos-sme.com, and let’s make November 9th a day to remember!
