Just imagine your business account was shut down by Instagram. remember the Twitter shutdown saga? Now imagine that you don’t have a list of your clients. Now stop imagining and start building.
Easy follow-up:
For testimonials and to initiate sales with customers who haven't purchased in a while.
Targeted sponsored ads:
In running Facebook ads, there's a section where you can target your customers directly and upload your customer list. If you don't have this, you will be leaving money 'on the table.
Upselling:
It is easier to sell again to a client with experience with your brand than to one who does not. Having their data helps you sell to your previous clients with ease.
