To today’s gist, the Caladium Lagos SME community proudly launched the CLSME Womenpreneur community early last year, creating a dedicated focus group for the remarkable women within their network. Recognizing that women entrepreneurs face unique challenges, the initiative aimed to foster a vibrant, supportive space for connecting, learning, and growing in both business and personal development.

This year, on June 7, 2024, the Womenpreneur Profession and Business (P&B) Journey Series commenced. A team of nine Womenpreneurs designed activities for the community, and each session proved impactful as women from various professions learned from one another. The series provided a platform for members to share their inspiring stories of resilience, triumph, and growth across diverse industries.

During the coming weeks, we will be sharing the stories of these incredible women, giving members a chance to connect more deeply with each journey. By exploring the "why" behind each entrepreneurial story, the series would look into motivations, fears, and dreams, offering invaluable lessons and strategies. We would talk about the ups and downs of entrepreneurship, fostering a culture of openness and resilience. Women from different levels of experience gained confidence, viewed challenges as growth opportunities, and left with strategies to apply to their ventures.
